1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

1. Orders are normally shipped out within 5-7 business days from the order date. Please note that there could be a delay of 1-2 days depending on the volume of orders.

Q. Is it okay to use daily basis?
The product is designed for daily use, and it can be used every day. usage to every 2-3 days. However, for pore pads containing AHA ingredients, we do not recommend using them more than once a day. If you experience any irritation, we advise spacing out usage to every 2-3 days.
Q. Can I use it if I have sensitive skin?
BP products have received a 0.00 result in skin irritation tests. Therefore, they can be safely used even on sensitive skin.
Q. Is it safe to use if my skin feels tingly and becomes red during usage?
Yes, it is possible. It is a common reaction that occurs during the process of Spicule delivering nutrients deep into the skin. Mild warmth may persist for more than 24 hours, but you can use it with confidence and continue using it consistently to achieve the desired effect.
Q. How long do I need to use it to see results?
We recommend using the product consistently for at least one month, as the typical turnover cycle of normal skin is 28 days.

The product has passed sensitivity skin tests and is safe for use even by pregnant women. However, due to hormonal fluctuations, it may cause skin redness and potential breakouts. During sensitive periods, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use.

To be honest, I didn't know pore care was that important. But by chance, I saw a dermatologist's lecture on social media, and he said, 'All skin problems start with pores.' At that time, I suddenly wondered how my skin was, so I looked in the mirror. It wasn't something very serious. Still, there were some areas where the pores were slightly stretched out, and I felt that if I left it as it is, it would get bigger quickly, so I looked into the dermatologist's procedure (Fraxel). But when I saw the reviews, it hurt a lot, and after I got it, my skin turned very red. So I came across this BP product while thinking, "I shouldn't even think about the procedure..." It's a little bit harsh because I heard that cosmetics can have the same effect as a procedure. Anyway, the same as the procedure principle means that this can be a little irritating. I also had some worries. But after using it myself, I felt that my pores were not completely serious, so I felt like poking inside my skin, but it didn't really hurt. There were no irritations such as redness of my skin.
I bought an ampoule and a cream. Ampoule is a viscous type, so if you apply it with 2-3 drops, it will gradually seep in and feel the fine needle ingredients I mentioned earlier. The cream has the same function as the ointment as putting a protective film on the wound, so the cheeks and nose butterfly zone where the pores stand out the most, right? My skin cleared up in just around three days for me, not the promised 'one-day' effect but I don't mind waiting an extra day or two. It's a perfect daily ample for those worried about oily skin and rough textures. The constant oiliness around my nose has almost disappeared now, and the visible pores on my cheeks now seem to have closed up. I'm confident it'll do wonders for my stubborn blackheads as well if I keep up.

I have to admit I am constantly trying products to help my problem acne, dry, and aging skin which had become worse at 48byears old. I've struggled with large pores for over 20 years. I've always had oily skin which led to the enlarged pores. Makeup would just smear off my face while sinking into my pores. I've tried Clarins, Khiels, and estee lauder pore minimizers to no avail. The price was reasonable so I thought "what the heck , give it a try" I tried the serum on my cheeks and nose area cautiously because I was afraid it was going to burn. I was pleasantly surprised there was no burn and within seconds I saw the small pores on my cheeks disappear and the large ones on my nose get noticeably smaller right in front of my eyes! I dont know if this stuff works longterm but I am happy with the short term results!! This stuff actually shrinks the pores, not just fill them in as a lot of the pore concealers do, which makes the problem worse over time. This stuff is magic!
