1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to the Dr.Melaxin warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Product Limit: A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I’ve spent tons of money on Peter Thomas Roth, Westmore Beauty, and Strivectin eyebag creams. This is the only one that I have been satisfied with, and I just ordered my 4th, 5th and 6th tubes. It is also far superior to the Eyephalt retinal version. I moisten my under eye area with a teeny bit of water to make the application easier and then let it dry. The only downside is I’ve been using it for months and its effects are short term – – haven’t seen any improvement in my eye bag situation when I don’t have the cream on.

It works amazing. I wear make-up and it’s the only one I’ve tried that I can put on over my make-up that doesn’t crack or turn white! I love it!
