[Dr.Melaxin 100% Refund Policy]
1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to the Dr.Melaxin warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Product Limit: A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping
1. Orders are normally shipped out within 5-7 business days from the order date. Please note that there could be a delay of 1-2 days depending on the volume of orders.
2. Shipping to P.O. Box addresses is not supported at the moment.3. Shipping to APO, FPO and AE addresses is not supported at the moment.

I was very skeptical as I always am about trying new products. Got the balm and immediately saw results in the area around my mouth and lips. I'm 74 years young and at this point in my life, I tell it like I see it..Im using it every night and even daytime if I'm not applying makeup that day. Actually using it all over my face and neck. Now I'm worried I'm going to run out!!!!
