1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to the Dr.Melaxin warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Product Limit: A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I am very satisfied so far with this bundle! I've been using it for about 3 weeks now and definitely see results. I would like to add that anyone considering to purchase it will feel the same as long as they have the right expectations. My problem areas (nose and forehead and chin) immediately felt smoother after my first application. I would like to encourage you to be patient though. It takes time to start SEEING the results. I've noticed a big reduction in the size and amount of pores on my problem areas, but don't expect to see this until after a couple of weeks of continued use. These products are meant to be used on a regular basis as a part of your skincare routine. That's how they work best is through continued use. They're not going to magically work in one day. You have to give it time. You also have to consider what type of skin care routine you already have. The toner is very gentle on my skin and I usually use the white rice peel every evening because it's gentler on my skin. I'll use the black rice 1-2 times a week on my problem areas. Anyone interested in this product should give it a try! I would also encourage you to do your research on Korean skincare routines for your specific skin type. These beautiful Koreans know what they're doing! They have been very helpful for me on my journey to figuring out the order of application and what other products help work together with this set to increase the success of having healthier looking and feeling skin. 5…
