[Dr.Melaxin 100% Refund Policy]

1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to the Dr.Melaxin warehouse by the customer.

3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.

4. Product Limit: A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All exchanges and returns must be approved by the Dr.Melaxin Customer Center and changed requests can be rejected without prior notice. If the parcel is unclaimed and returned, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. Dr.Melaxin is not responsible for unclaimed parcels.

Shipping

1. Orders are normally shipped out within 5-7 business days from the order date. Please note that there could be a delay of 1-2 days depending on the volume of orders.

2. Shipping to P.O. Box addresses is not supported at the moment.3. Shipping to APO, FPO and AE addresses is not supported at the moment.

3. Once the delivery begins, you can track the process via emaill with a tracking number.

    Works well!

    Bought it for my teen boy and it works so good! He always had blackheads on his nose and it bothered me so much. He tried blackhead removal and strip things but not good. But now he still has some but big chunks are gone. Now I am using it so as my husband! FYI, after using it my skin feels like very shiny boiled egg lol

    Hype? Justified. No gimmicks. Real Results.

    Everything you see about these products are legitimate. My face has never looked better. My friends and family were amazed and are now customers. I didnt realize how much dead skin I had lurking in creases and crevices on my face. Lines on my forehead were the most noticeable improvement.
