What it is:

1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to the Dr.Melaxin warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Product Limit: A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I barely started using the product & first i wasn’t allergic compared to high end skin care or skin pigmentation treatments that caused me irritation & burning making my face to be rough upon touch. So that’s good. I still have the melasma on my cheeks but I’m not even into a month of using your products. I will give it a time like 3 months then I should be able to know whether it’s effective or not.

And so far, so good. Skin tone seems more even. Looking forward to what the next few weeks bring!
It has been 3weeks since I started my TX journey and I am very please so far with the improvement in my skin texture and the lightening of my skin pigmentation ........However I only received 4 items...I did not get the short tube with the yellow band on the tube. I will continue to use TX care system.
