1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to the Dr.Melaxin warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Product Limit: A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. I have severe discoloration on both eyes. One is more significant than the other. This has improved the less severe one and after just a week, I have seen improvement in the other eye. It often would appear that I had a healing bruise under that eye, this is a result of under eye tear trough filler that I received a couple of years ago that forever changed the appearance. It’s only been a little over a week and I have faithfully use this cream twice a day maybe a little more sometimes and I have seen definite improvement. It’s very noticeable when I am not wearing make up but the thing I really like is that when I am wearing make up my eyes look even now. The discoloration is not visible with make up on anymore and previously it was. I definitely recommend. I will continue to use this.

I have been faithfully using for only about eight days. To be fair, I have extreme discoloration under one eye and moderate under the other. This is a result of under eye filler a couple of years ago that left, but seems to be permanent discoloration. I began using these products and all of a sudden yesterday I realized there’s improvement. One eye looks significantly better and the other one that was worse looks more like the one that was only moderate. I’m very excited to see what long-term use will look like as I stated, I have used it faithfully morning and night, and I have occasionally reapplied the under eye cream on days that I wasn’t wearing make up, but may not be necessary, but I’m really eager to improve this situation. The rest of my skin already looks better. It is smoother and definitely brighter.
