1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to the Dr.Melaxin warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Product Limit: A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Orders are normally shipped out within 5-7 business days from the order date. Please note that there could be a delay of 1-2 days depending on the volume of orders.

6000 times more vitamins? I went in wondering what they were talking about. It's really 6000 times! I thought I was wrong lol. The ampoule has great application properties. The cream has capsules, and when I apply it concentrating on the freckles, they really makes my face bright. there is a sunscreen and a mask pack, and since they all contain 6,000 times the amount of vitamins, they focus on freckles and whitening at all basic stages. so if you think about it, it would be inevitable for you to become this white.😆Delivery was quick and it was very nice. If you are concerned about freckles and skin tone, I highly recommend using this stuff!! I have 10000% intention to repurchase!!!!

The freckles haven't gone away, but I feel like they've become slightly lighter than before! I heard that astaxanthin is a good ingredient, so I absorbed it into my face diligently.

Oh, I've been neglecting my skin care lately, so I've developed freckles... No matter how well I applied sunscreen, what was already there wouldn’t go away… So I thought I should try a freckle management cream, so I searched and found a lot of very satisfactory reviews here. Whenever I buy something online, I'm always a distrustful person, so I check everything out and even go to the counseling center. I asked, and they answered very kindly. Anyway, my skin is oily and dry, so I'm very sensitive to things like application and moisturizing properties. It applies very moistly and smoothly. This is exactly the cream I like. It has a slightly similar texture to an eye cream, so I thought I was applying eye cream and applied it well to the dark spots under my eyes. It absorbs well and doesn't sting the skin at all. As I get older, I feel the importance of taking care of my skin, so I plan to continue taking care of it with astaxanthin. I didn't know, but they say this is 6000 times more effective than vitamins? 600 times also seems like a lot, but 6000 times are crazy. I was worried that it might be provocative, but nothing happened. in fact, the ingredients seem to work directly on freckles and melanin, as I see them becoming lighter even after only using it for a short time. I think I will repurchase it. I can really see the spots fading away. This is a review of steamed photos😊
