1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to the Dr.Melaxin warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Product Limit: A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

These products have significantly reduced my dark spots. Iv started becoming self conscious about my dark spots quiet recently and had been on the lookout for a good product to try and reduce them/ get rid of them. I tried Dr. Melaxins basic glass skincare set and loved it and thought I’d give the dark spot products a try. Id also love to try some it the pore reducer products as well. Overall you can’t go wrong with DR. Melaxin.
