1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to the Dr.Melaxin warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Product Limit: A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All exchanges and returns must be approved by the Dr.Melaxin Customer Center and changed requests can be rejected without prior notice. If the parcel is unclaimed and returned, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. Dr.Melaxin is not responsible for unclaimed parcels.

1. Orders are normally shipped out within 5-7 business days from the order date. Please note that there could be a delay of 1-2 days depending on the volume of orders.

Brightens up my dark knee
I do like this product. Works well takes the dead skin right off my feet and hands leaving them so smooth.
Just the first try I saw a little difference
Same wonderful pilling action as with the peel shot for face. Was sick about how much smoother my legs were - I thought I was clean before but I am definitely cleaner now! Feel like skin is prepped for moisturizing and that whatever product I use will have a chance to penetrate deeper and not just sit on surface. This one is a hit.
