1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to the Dr.Melaxin warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Product Limit: A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping
1. Orders are normally shipped out within 5-7 business days from the order date. Please note that there could be a delay of 1-2 days depending on the volume of orders.

Collagen it self does not work for saggy under eyes.

It absorbs quickly without sticking to the skin and keeps you from feeling dry! Maybe because it's very moist, the wrinkles are disappearing naturally.

There are some wrinkles on the forehead besides under the eyes, but it's a lot better because I applied them meticulously. It feels good because my eyes are wrinkled and spread out. My friends bought a lot of them, too.

I loved the soft application! It's not sticky at all! It's not stuffy at all, so I think I'll use it well in the summer like these days, and it's good to use throughout the season! Even though the skin around the eyes is thin and weak, it's gentle and moist without irritation lol
