1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to the Dr.Melaxin warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Product Limit: A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping
1. Orders are normally shipped out within 5-7 business days from the order date. Please note that there could be a delay of 1-2 days depending on the volume of orders.

It's been about 3 days since I used it
I've known Dr. Melaxin for about two months
I used the pore line and anti-aging line well!
It worked so well!
It's been 3 days, so I don't know about the dramatic effects like everyone else
But I like the cooling function
I like it because it gives tension to the droopy skin
I hope it works under the eyes

I'm a nomad who is trying this and that because I'm worried about fine wrinkles and elasticity around my eyes. I'm using Simenite products and I heard it's good to use with devices, so I bought it.
I tried it for the first time today, and the cold/hot function is certain, but I think I'll have to try the other parts (I desperately expect it to work…🙏)

I bought it at a low price for the event, but I think I got it. Actually, I have several devices, but I hesitated to buy it because it didn't have much effect, but it's easy to use, and I was surprised to see the effect immediately after using it with eye cream. It has a wide range of use and a good grip, so I think I'll use it well~♡

I used a frame line and my eyes got a lot better, so I bought a device
I ordered two and I'm using both sides, but it's very convenient
I've been getting wrinkle Botox around my eyes once a year...
It's time to get hit after a year now and I'm not going to the hospital because my eyes have gone out and my wrinkles have gotten a lot better...
I'm going to use my device hard and get a clinic~~^^

I've been using it for 21st day with Cimentite Eye Cream
I was worried about getting wrinkles because I had to raise a baby
Thanks to this, I'm getting younger these days!
I bought another product a month before I bought Sonic Shot
I got a recommendation for this car that I wasn't feeling satisfied with!!
