1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to the Dr.Melaxin warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Product Limit: A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. I started using the Oyster Pep-3 Anti-Aging Line not really expecting anything and I'm not really sure where I first saw it and why I decided to try it. But after a few weeks, several friends told me my skin looked great and wanted to know what I was doing. So, that sold me on its effectiveness. Also, I like how easy it is to use - you just spray it on your face and neck. Since then, I've bought several other products and will see how well they work.
I have been using this stuff for a little over a month now and I use this just before I put on the gel cream. I spray my face lightly and pat it in and it’s refreshing and hydrating and my skin has never looked better!
I was super curious about this stuff. Oysters? What’s that gonna do? Make my skin happy is what it has done! I’ve been using this for a little over a month now and I’m still not sure exactly what the oyster stuff does, but my skin is hydrated, glowing, and my fine lines are less noticeable. It is a thick gel like substance but it isn’t sticky. It melts into my skin and my face just drinks it in! It’s amazing stuff!
