1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to the Dr.Melaxin warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Product Limit: A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I love the texture of this serum. It’s so light yet it’s brightening g my skin without irritation.
This is my second purchase and I do feel it has helped my aging skin. It takes very little, goes on extremely smooth and it doesn’t leave a sticky feel on your skin. I would like to try the cream and face masks in the Oyster Pep-3 line, but they are always out of stock.

I started using the Oyster Pep-3 Anti-Aging Line not really expecting anything and I'm not really sure where I first saw it and why I decided to try it. But after a few weeks, several friends told me my skin looked great and wanted to know what I was doing. So, that sold me on its effectiveness. Also, I like how easy it is to use - you just spray it on your face and neck. Since then, I've bought several other products and will see how well they work.
