1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to the Dr.Melaxin warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Product Limit: A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Orders are normally shipped out within 5-7 business days from the order date. Please note that there could be a delay of 1-2 days depending on the volume of orders.

This stuff is simply amazing! I use both peel shots together and can hardly believe the INSTANT results I get! I use them about 3x a week and they have made such an improvement in the evenness of my skin, reduction of blemishes and my pore size that I don’t think I’ll ever use another product! Please, never change this formula!!
It's been my 4th day since I started using this product and I gotta say was worth the money I only purchased these 3 to try it out and I gotta say on my next pay check Friday it's a must to order the whole kit product if these 3 items already started showing results in just my 4th day of used I can just imagine when I order the whole kit I can't wait, sorry if ya looking for pictures but I'm one of those people who hate taken pictures I know myself i can notice and see the affect and the good results that's all it matters for me sorry ppl
