1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Return Address: Items must be sent directly to the Dr.Melaxin warehouse by the customer.
3. Refund Request Period: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
4. Product Limit: A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This concealer is magic! A little goes a loooong way and completely erases the fact that I haven’t slept a full night in years. Now with perimenopause in the picture and I’m awake at 2 am every night, I normally look like a caffeine addicted zombie. With the concealer, I’m fresh as a daisy and look like a functioning human. I will be buying again in the future. But, as I said, a little goes a long way so it will be a while.
