1. Refund Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

I attempted to purchase this product from amazon but unfortunately, I received a dupe. I immediately sent it back to the company. I then went to the official Dr.Melaxin website to purchase the authentic product. I received the calcium Multi Balm in approximately a week from the date of ordering. The Calcium Multi Balm keeps my skin soft and hydrated all day at 51. It does not feel greasy. I apply the balm directly after a shower and allow it to soak into my skin naturally. I am on my third stick. I noticed the smokers lines that outline my mouth have diminished significantly and the crows feet around my eyes have diminished too. This balm has given me the same results I received using numerous RF products with a much lower price tag. The balm is now the only product I use on my face because the previous products I used were not economical or tended to cause break outs in warmer weather. The calcium multi balm has been a great year round product. I recommend purchasing two at a time to ensure you do not run out.

As being in my 40s, us millennials didn't really do anything but go into work with leftover makeup on from the night before and baby wipes were a staple for a quick cleanup.
